This study explores strategies for cultivating Islamic leadership character in schools through the Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) educational model developed by Ary Ginanjar. This model integrates emotional and spiritual intelligence with Islamic values to shape leaders who are ethical, visionary, and responsible. By incorporating ESQ training methods into educational activities, students are not only intellectually trained but also strengthened in moral and spiritual aspects. The findings indicate that the ESQ model is effective in fostering Islamic leadership relevant to the challenges of modern education
