Abstract

This article discusses the importance of raising awareness and training for educators and policymakers in the context of multicultural education based on humanistic values. Multicultural humanistic education aims to create an inclusive learning environment where cultural diversity is respected and celebrated. Concrete steps, such as teacher training, diversified curricula, and collaboration with local communities, are key to achieving this goal. Emphasis on the use of technology, student participation, and the role of parents in supporting multicultural education is also crucial in this effort. Regular evaluation and impact monitoring of training and policies are essential to ensure the success of multicultural humanistic education programs. Policies that support multicultural humanistic education, particularly in local contexts, play a vital role in creating an inclusive and human-centered educational environment.
