This research discusses the importance of the strategic management process in addressing the external and internal environment of organizations and formulating effective strategies. The external environment encompasses factors beyond the organization's control that influence its performance and success, while the internal environment relates to the organization's resources, capabilities, and weaknesses. Formulation of strategies involves selecting long-term objectives and the actions required to achieve those objectives. In this context, strategic management becomes crucial in optimizing competitive advantage and organizational growth. Through in-depth analysis of the external and internal environment, organizations can design appropriate strategies to achieve their business goals. However, the challenges and complexities in dealing with environmental changes and limited internal resources require a structured and holistic approach in strategic management. This research provides valuable insights for organizational stakeholders in addressing dynamic environmental challenges and enhancing long-term performance
