Abstract

Corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN) pose a serious threat to the integrity and quality of human resources, including in higher education. Students, as the nation's future generation, play a strategic role in preventing KKN practices, making anti-corruption education a crucial step in shaping their character. This study aims to analyze the role of anti-corruption education as a strategy to prevent KKN among students at Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTI). The study used a descriptive qualitative approach using literature study methods and in-depth interviews with students, lecturers, and PTI administration. The results show that anti-corruption education integrated into the curriculum, co-curricular activities, and campus culture effectively increases students' anti-corruption awareness, attitudes, and behavior. The integration of Islamic values, such as trustworthiness, justice, and tazkiyat al-nafs, strengthens the internalization of anti-corruption behavior. Obstacles identified include limited modules, a lack of role models, and students' perceptions that anti-corruption education is merely a formality. In conclusion, anti-corruption education at PTI plays a significant role as a preventive strategy in building a culture of integrity and preventing corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN) among students.
