This study aims to analyze the crucial role of marketing management in enhancing business success in the digital age. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive case study approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. Thematic analysis is used to identify patterns and meanings from the gathered data. The results reveal that adapting marketing management from traditional to digital methods is essential to leverage broader market opportunities and respond effectively to the ever-changing consumer behavior. Effective digital marketing management can increase awareness, brand equity, marketing cost efficiency, sales growth, and build customer loyalty through personalized and real-time interactions. Nevertheless, significant challenges remain, such as limited digital literacy among small business actors, intensified competition, and data security risks. To optimize digital marketing management, companies need to adopt customer-centric strategies, integrate digital marketing mix elements, utilize big data and analytics, develop competent human resources, and actively manage digital reputation. This study provides a comprehensive overview that digital marketing management is a key factor in business success in the modern era and is critical for business adaptation to rapid technological developments.
