Marriage in the Islamic context has undergone an interesting transformation in the modern era. This article reveals the interesting journey of Islamic marriage between maintaining traditions and adapting to the dynamics of today's times. The rich and deep traditions of Islamic marriage, derived from strong religious and cultural values, remain the main basis for marriage. However, modern Muslim societies are faced with numerous challenges, including significant social, economic and technological changes. In an effort to maintain their traditional roots, Muslim individuals and families feel the need to adapt to modern realities. This research examines the conflict between maintaining tradition and adaptation in Islamic marriage.
