Gratifikasi Dalam Perspektif Hadis

Abstract

Risywah (bribe) is one of the prohibited acts in Islam, so much so that the Prophet SAW cursed the perpetrators, we often hear or read writings about the prohibition of riswah by including the hadiths of the prophet, even though among the many hadiths that tell riswah, it turns out that there are some hadiths have problems in the quality of their sanadnmya, thus making the writer want to examine the quality of the hadiths that talk about this risywah. The purpose of this research is so that we don't necessarily mention the hadiths related to this risywah, before we know the sanad of this hadith correctly, so that we avoid threats when we lie on behalf of the prophet Muhammad SAW. In this study the author used a qualitative method with literature review, by collecting all the data the author took from hadith books, and the data the author intended were; the hadiths which in his eyes mention the problem of risywah. After collecting the hadiths about the risywah, the author studies the narrators of these hadiths through the books of Rijalul Hadith, after which the author seeks the opinions of the scholars in judging the narrators, arriving at a conclusion how the quality of the hadith is
