Analisis Praktik Pembiayaan Akad Murabahah Pada Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Syarikat Madani Kota Batam

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the murabahah system at Bank Syarikat Madani Kec. Lubuk Baja, Batam City and to find out the Islamic view of the murabahah system on murabahah at Bank Syarikat Madani Kec. Lubuk Baja, Batam City. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Sources of data come from primary data using interview techniques, observation, focus group discussions and secondary data sources using documentation study techniques. Methods of data analysis using qualitative methods with the stages of data reduction, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show 1) BPRS Syarikat Madani Batam City has implemented terms and conditions in accordance with Islamic sharia. This is to avoid a valid contract due to non-fulfillment of these conditions, 2) All stages in the Batam City Syarikat Madani BPRS are in accordance with applicable sharia principles and 3) Determination of fines at the Batam City Syarikat Madani BPRS is in accordance with these principles by stipulating infaq costs, but this infaq payment is not forced on customers who really do not have the ability to pay
